As of January 2020, Neuropathy Alliance of Texas is closing its doors. Here is a list of our past programs and ongoing offerings to help you find the support that you need.

Tai Chi Classes for Neuropathy

The results of several clinical studies suggest that regular participation in Tai Chi can help with balance, circulation, muscle strength, stress release and general well-being. The classes listed on this website are specifically designed for neuropathy patients and are open to all levels of Tai Chi experience.  Beginners and first-timers are welcome!
