Tai Chi May Help Improve Neuropathy Symptoms

The results of several clinical studies suggest that regular participation in Tai Chi can help with balance, circulation, muscle strength, stress release and general well-being, and these classes are specifically designed for neuropathy patients. Open to all levels of Tai Chi experience.  Beginners and first-timers are welcome!

Level 1 & 2: Tuesday and Friday mornings 9 AM -10 AM (Level 1 is from Jan-Mar and slides into Level 2 Apr-Jun; Level 1 starts over in Jul)
Level 3: Monday and Thursday mornings 9 AM -10 AM (Sun Style as well with a bump up to 73 forms with more skills being built)
